Cartoonish/Juicy Text - Design Tutorial 11
I noticed that I have never published a Photoshop tutorial on Text-Effects, so today will be a first Photoshop tutorial in the category of Text-Effects. The idea came originally from One Button Mouse. After getting the final results, I also noticed that the text looks as if it is dripping honey.

Alright, so let’s get started. Some of the things that you will need today is, well, for one, your hands, Kristen ITC Font, and a background to start on. If you don’t have the Kristen ITC Font, try to look for something similar on DaFont. I used a darkish blue background with a pattern overlay. Use mine if you wish to achieve the same results.

The thing i hate about most tutorials are that they dont explain how you find those layer styles or why you choose them, other whise how will we know how to adapt to new styles and make up our own.
THanks

I am not sure what you are trying to say here. If you are asking how did i come to a gradient overlay like that then it there by default… I dont create my own gradients, i use the presets.
