This is where it might get a little confusing, but I am pretty sure that most of you guys will get it. Draw out a circle close to the size of the button. Take a look below to see exactly what I mean.

FYI, the font used is Trebuchet, and the interface was created in Fireworks. Everything is done in vector. I used to be a Photoshop guy but once I started making interfaces in Fireworks I never looked back. Give it a shot, you’ll love it!
