Spotlight is Here! - Design Tutorial 10
A couple of steps back, we created a reflection for our center stage lights. Let’s do the same thing to our side lights, duplicate the layer and flip it. You may notice that it won’t align with the lights, so just skew it up a little so that it will flow side by side. Don’t forget to drop the opacity to 10%.

I like it, I’m going to try and separate some random circles and assign them into 4-5 layers and animating them at different intervals, or make them light up in a scrolling diagonal pattern.

Odra, you could play with the animation to the limits. I also had an idea of actually lowering the opacity so that way it will flow to a smooth.
Also, please if you can when you are done post here the results so i can add it to the post
