Now that we have our stage lights set up, let’s add some detail to it so that we can actually see the glow. Select the original white set of lights being the: Center Stage, Left Set, and Right Set, go to your Layer - Layer Style, and apply the following settings to those three pieces:

I like it, I’m going to try and separate some random circles and assign them into 4-5 layers and animating them at different intervals, or make them light up in a scrolling diagonal pattern.

Odra, you could play with the animation to the limits. I also had an idea of actually lowering the opacity so that way it will flow to a smooth.
Also, please if you can when you are done post here the results so i can add it to the post
